Having experienced something transformational in healthcare at Spry, I wanted to share this with you.
Spry is a real “partner” in healthcare – Spry has been a change agent in my daily life and has made a profound difference in how I approach my healthcare. No longer do I wonder whom to call or even if to call; I start with Dr. Lauren O’Byrne, my Spry primary care doctor. I now have a personal and invested health advisor.
Experience – From the moment you call or arrive at Spry, the difference in your healthcare experience is apparent immediately. Spry’s friendly and compassionate team personally greets you by name, which is so comforting and reassuring.
Spry came into my life at just the right time. Formerly at my previous doctor’s office, I had such apprehension and often anxiety about the pending experience of simply calling and dealing with their office staff, wondering and waiting for their eventual response or sometimes repeated attempts to merely reach them. At Spry, whether I decide to call, send a private email or text (yes, text) directly to my primary care doctor, I know that Dr. O’Byrne is always there for me and will respond immediately. Eliminating this uncertainty has meant the world to me.
Advocate – There’s never a gap in the communication with any other physician specialists since my primary care doctor quarterbacks this just for me. Now, all my healthcare paths originate or lead back to Spry. It is the comprehensive care we all deserve, and now I receive.
One might say, “Care so good, you’re going to want to be sick.”
